The Pointe at Lake Murray

BALLENTINE, SC - This new affordable housing complex is comprised of 70,020 square feet of new construction with three apartment buildings and one community building. The complex includes 30 2-Bedroom Units (2 Accessible) and 30 3-Bedroom Units (1 Accessible). The complex includes apartments, a leasing office, a community area, kitchen, computer center, fitness center, and laundry. Studio 8 provided preliminary application design and comprehensive architectural, engineering and construction administration for this new project.
